Our Mission

What is ARSEBA?

Arkansas State Employees Benefit Advisors (ARSEBA) is a joint venture between H&H Employee Benefits Specialists and the State Employee Benefit Corporation (SEBCO). This venture was created to be able to provide a single voluntary brokerage service for the employees of the State of Arkansas.

The two agencies bring a long history of providing voluntary benefits to state employees. Our goal is to combine efforts so that ARSEBA will have greater leverage in finding and negotiating the best benefits at the best price for state employees.

What Do We Do?

ARSEBA has worked directly with the Employee Benefits Division to provide a very comprehensive menu of benefits for State Employees such as insurance for accidents, life, vision, dental, cancer, long term disability, critical care, hospital idemnity, LegalShield and IdentityShield.

ARSEBA works with all state agencies to conduct one-on-one enrollments during open enrollment and for new hires during their eligibility period. Please contact us for your Voluntary Benefits needs.
